Tee mowers for sale

Buying used tee mowers

Tee mowers are usually ride-on triplex cylinder mowers, often the same base machine as a greens triplex but with units set for a slightly higher cut. Some clubs use older greens triplexes on tees, so a machine sold as a greens mower may also suit.

Check engine hours, service history and the condition of all three cutting units: cylinder and bedknife wear, rollers, bearings and height-of-cut adjusters. Look for hydraulic leaks at the hoses and motors, and check the tyres and the lift mechanism. Pedestrian mowers are still used on small or elevated tees.

Common makes include Toro, John Deere, Jacobsen, Baroness and Dennis. Filter by year and engine hours to narrow your search, then contact the dealer for detail on the units.
