Goalposts for sale

Buying used goalposts

Goalposts come socketed into the ground, freestanding with weighted or anchored frames, or wheeled so they can be moved off the pitch for mowing. Football goals come in sizes for each age group; rugby posts are usually socketed and tall.

Freestanding goals must be properly anchored or weighted so they cannot tip over. Check the frame for corrosion and damage, that sockets, anchors and net supports are included, and the condition of any nets. Ask for the size, so it suits the age group or level you play at.
